Prosvjed ispred SDPa i HDZaAfter the scandal with the arrest of activists of Pravo na Grad, Zelena Akcija and citizens who stood in passive defense of the pedestrian zone in Varšavska Street from the plans of HOTO Group to build an access ramp to the underground garage of the „Cvjetni“ Project, last night (Friday, July 16, 18:00 hours), a protest was held on Ibler's Square in Zagreb. Urša Raukar, Tomislav Tomašević, Vili Matula and Mario Kovač were among the people who addressed the citizens, some of them wearing purple ribbons around their arms, as a mark that they were prohibited to enter Varšavska Street by the Police.

Protesters Block City Hall over “Cvjetni” Affair

Prosvjed pred Gradskom skupstinomUnsatisfied with the work of the Zagreb City Hall in the “Cvjetni” case, citizens and activists of Zelena Akcija (Green Action) and Pravo na Grad (Right to a City) associations hold a sit-in and block the entrance of the Old City Hall. Tomislav Tomašević from Zelena Akcija says that protesters were frustrated “by the fact that the City Hall did noting since the State Prosecution presented its positions on the irregularities of procedures that preceded the issue of permits for construction in Cvjetni Square".
