Civil society organizations from Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Croatia created the Regional Forum for Adaptation to Climate Change, at the two-day regional conference held last week, June 13-14, 2012, in Sutomore, Montenegro.

The Forum gathers more than 80 CSOs from the four countries, with the aim to unite the humanitarian, social, economic and environmental perspectives on the issue of adaptation to climate changes.

Veselin Radulović, lawyer from Podgorica and member of the Citizen Front filed to the Constitutional Court of Montenegro the initiative to rule on the constitutionality of the newly adopted Law that introduces a tax on SIM cards, electric meters and cable TV connection, on Monday, June 11, 2012.

The Civic Alliance of Montenegro demanded from the state institutions, in an open letter sent on May 25, 2020 to the MPs' clubs in the Parliament of Montenegro, the State Election Commission, the media and the Centre for Democratic Transition (CDT), to take proper actions to eradicate and prevent abuses of state offices and public resources for electoral purposes.

The Network for Affirmation of NGO Sector MANS, the Union of Independent Trade Unions of Montenegro and the Student Union will organize, on Saturday, May 5, 2012, a protest walk from the University campus to the Government of Montenegro. The protest walk will visit all the “pillars of the system” in Montenegro along the way.
