Zabrinuti da će ujedinjeni mladi nacisti i patriote usmeriti svoju nagomilanu agresivnost ka aktivistima BIRO-a, odlučili su se da akciju održe jedan dan ranije.

03.05.2007 Povodom Gandža marša, koji je najavljen za 5. maj na beogradskom Trgu republike, srpski ekstremni desničari najavili su kontra-marš i obračun sa učesnicima skupa za ukidanje prihibicije marihuane. Na ulicama Beograda u subotu bi mogle da se ponove scene nasilja iz 2001, kada su ekstremni desničari pretukli učesnike prve, i do sada jedine, beogradske gej-parade.
