31.10.2005 The OSCE Mission to Serbia and Montenegro organized on 28 and 29 October a study visit and workshop in the Senta Municipal Court for 19 representatives of the courts and public prosecutors offices from southern Serbia, a region where the majority of the population is ethnic Albanian.

decision to begin talks on the sensitive issue of the future of Kosovo.
Mr. Annan will name former Finnish President Martti Ahtisaari to lead the

25.10.2005 Skoro dve trecine gradjana Srbije glasalo bi za pridruzivanje Srbije i Crne Gore Evropskoj uniji [EU] ukoliko bi referendum o ulasku drzavne zajednice u EU sutra bio raspisan, navodi se u istrazivanju javnog mnenja u vezi sa evropskim integracijama Kancelarije za pridruzivanje EU Vlade Srbije.

21.10.2005 On the 13th anniversary of the kidnapping and murder of 17 Bosniaks from Sjeverin, the Humanitarian Law Centre and the Youth Initiative for Human Rights demand from the competent authorities to conduct a full investigation against all persons that participated in this crime. Also, the two organizations demand that the families of the 17 victims are awarded proper compensation that would prove the recognition of responsibility for the crime.

21.10.2005 Povodom 13 godina od otmice i ubistva 17 Bošnjaka iz Sjeverina, Fond za humanitarno pravo i Inicijativa mladih za ljudska prava zahtevaju od nadleznih drzavnih organa da sprovedu temeljnu istragu protiv svih lica koja su ucestvovala u organizaciji i izvrsenju ovog zlocina, i da nakon toga porodicama zrtava dodele adekvatnu materijalnu naknadu koja bi predstavljala dokaz priznanja odgovornosti za izvršeno zlodelo i patnje zrtava.

20.10.2005 On October 18, the Centre for Development of Non-Profit Sector from Belgrade, in cooperation with the Centre for Development of Non-Profit Sector in Western Serbia from Uzice, organized a debate under the “Towards Integration with Europe through Youth Programmes” project in Subotica, at the facilities of the “Open Perspectives” NGO.

17.10.2005 Milka Babic, the Representative of the Population Office, said that the families of senior citizens in Vojvodina are prepared to accept refugee families living in collective centres in their households, under certain conditions that are to be defined later.

14.10.2005 At its session of yesterday, October 13, the Government of Montenegro adopted the drafts of the Law on Environmental Impact Study, the Law on Strategic Evaluation of Environmental Impact and the Law on Integrated Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution.

14.10.2005 Na svojoj sjednici od jucer, 13 oktobar, Vlada Crne Gore je usvojila Predlog zakona o procjeni uticaja na životnu sredinu, Predlog zakona o strateškoj procjeni uticaja na ovu sredinu i Predlog Zakona o integrisanom sprecavanju i kontroli zagadjivanja životne sredine.
